September 29, 2021 ![](https://blog.ohanaone.one/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Dr_-Andres-Jerez-from-Argentina-receiving-glasses-1.jpg) *Dr. Andres Jerez from Argentina receiving his Vuzix Smart Glasses*. --- 17 surgeons were welcomed into the Ohana this summer, bringing the total number of mentor/mentee teams to 50!  Of these surgeons, is Dr. Dimuthu Tennakoon, from Colombo, Sri Lanka who recently received his Vuzix smart glasses and will begin training with Dr. Maryse Bouchard from Toronto, Canada.  In total Ohana One has 5 neurosurgery teams, 13 orthopedic teams, 16 urology teams, 10 plastic and reconstructive surgery teams, and 4 general surgery teams.
